James Holman is an Intermediate Research Analyst with the Invesco Global Real Estate team.
Mr. Holman joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in 2012, he worked in research at the Colorado School of Mines. His research was funded by Denham Capital and focused on determining drivers of value creation in mineral properties as they progress from pre-discovery to full production, and on identifying possible market inefficiencies for investment opportunities.
Mr. Holman earned a BA degree in geography with an emphasis in geographical information systems from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MS degree in mineral and energy economics from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.
